What are the payment options?
We currently only accept bank transfers and QR Pay. Full payment made upon confirmation of order.
What is your return policy?
We work closely with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction, keeping our clients informed every step of the way. We use fresh flowers in all our arrangements, therefore refunds and returns are not available.
Pick Up & Delivery Method
Pick-up option is available. We can also deliver your flowers door-to-door (small delivery fee incured into the final quotation).
Please note that we only deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (20KM from KL City Centre / within Klang Valley border) in Malaysia.
Do you arrange flowers for events, occasions & weddings?
Yes we do! Please contact us for a consultation and more information. We would like to learn the details of the event in order to provide customer satisfaction.
